How we add stocks in our inventory

Click On Stock

Once you click on the stock, it will show you a new page. 

This section allows users to view, manage, and control all inventory products in the system. It shows detailed information for each item, including the quantity currently available for use or sale. 

Filters are available at the top of the page. Users can filter products by brand and group to view only the selected brand or product category. 

• There is a search bar given to quickly find the product by typing its name or keyword. 

• This page shows you a table that is a list of all products the company currently has in its stock, along with key details such as  

• Brand Name—The brand associated with the product. 

• Group—The category or group to which the product belongs. 

• Sold—The total quantity of the product sold. 

• On Hand—The available quantity currently in stock. 

• Expired Status—Indicates whether the product has expired or is still valid. 

• There is a suspend button given; when you click the button, the product will be suspended from our inventory list. 

• On the left side of the table, there is an option available in which the Discard Expired Item option is given, which directly accesses the inventory disposal information page. 

• On the top right side of the page, there is a toolbar located.  It includes Add product and Edit Bulk product. 

Click on “Add product” button 

Click on the add product option. It will show you a new page. 

This page allows users to enter product basic information, product specifications, sale information, and VAT information. 

Condition 

While creating invoices, the product name will only show in the item field or drop-down list under the two given conditions. 

1. You must have paid the bill and supplier account against the product because you can’t sell company inventory when its quantity is not given in the bill and has batch information.  

2. Second, you already have a brand/group category that exists in the brand list by creating “Add brand/group title.” 

Both conditions depend upon the requirement. 

Remember: to add a product, we need the brand/group name first. Click on the brand section to see how we add a brand/group to add a product (1) 

After creating the brand, return to the previous section and proceed to add your product. 

Basic Information 

• First, enter the product title, e.g., iPhone 17 Pro Max. 

• “Enter product group” means the product group/category from the drop-down section. E.g., iPhone, mobile. 

• Enter the product description in the given space.  E.g., the cosmic orange color. 

Attached picture 

• There is a block given on the right side of the page, in which you can drag and drop a picture of a product for a better understanding of the buyer.  E.g., picture of the iPhone 17 Pro Max. 

Returnable option—click on the check box if your product is returnable. 

Excise option—click on the excise option if your product falls under excise goods and requires tax reporting. 

Product specification 

• Enter product size, e.g., length is 6.43 inches 

• Enter product width, e.g., 3.07 inches 

• Enter product height, e.g., 6.43 inches. 

• Enter the measurement unit, e.g., inches. 

• Entering the measurement of the product means the volume of the product.  E.g., 111.5 

• Select the unit in which the volume of the product has been given.  E.g., cubic meter (cm³) 

• Enter the barcode of the product, e.g., ABC1234567. 

Sale information 

• Enter the sale price of the product.  e.g., AED 5090 

• Enter the currency in which the buyer made payment.  E.g., AED 

• Click and select the VAT tax rate applied to the overall price of the product.  E.g., Standard (5%) 

• Enter the discount rate if it is provided by the supplier.  E.g., 10% 

Once you enter all information, click on the save button, and your product information will be saved in the system and displayed on the existing list of all products.  

Once you save the information, the new product appears in the list of stocks as well as under its relevant brand name. 

• After booking the bill against the product, go back to the “brands section.” 

• Click on the specific brand/group name. Click on its expandable icon.  You can see the new product name will automatically be added, written in red font (iPhone 17 Pro Max) in their relevant brand category, along with the quantity. 

• The subsection title, which is a collapsible section, automatically displays the product name along with its description. 

The product names in the section are not editable; only the group title is editable. If you want to edit or update changes in the section below, go through the stock section and edit the name from their account.
