Review the Financial Impact of Asset registration on Balance Sheet

To check the financial impact of a bill, go to the Reports section and open the Balance Sheet. Then navigate to the Current Assets section, where your required account will be displayed along with the amount of the current asset (excluding VAT).  

If you want to review financial data of a previous time period, you can use the option provided to customize the date and month.  

As per the above scenario, prepaid advances will be reflected as shown in the image below.
