Analysis of loan Account

You can recheck and analyze loan details by clicking on the “view details” option given on the top left corner of the loan detail table. 

  • Go to the “view details” option mentioned in the top right corner. 
  • Click on “view details.”
  • You can see a new window will appear on your screen with your loan ID mentioned at the top. 
  • A brief summary of the loan and installment details that the user added while creating the ‘add loan’ section.
  • In the top right corner, edit and delete loan options are given. Users can edit and delete loan IDs until no installment will be paid against the specific loan. 
  • Once the installment is paid successfully, this option will disappear automatically. 

How to Edit loan ID 

  • By clicking on the option “edit loan,” you will go back to the same screen where you mentioned all the details.  
  • Made changes and saved it again.  
  • You can view the updated details on the front screen. 

How do we delete the loan ID? 

  • If you want to delete the ID, just click the “delete account” button located in the loan details and click on it, and your account will be deleted. 

Loan document

  • If you want to edit the loan document, go to the button on “view all.” A new option will be opened in front of you. 
  • By clicking on the ‘view all’ option 
  • You can see all the brief details of loan documents, like file name, uploaded by, uploaded date, file size, or type. 
  • You can delete and choose the file to update the information. The trash icon is given as a red icon on the right side. 
  • The “Choose File” option is given at the bottom of the document details. You can choose another file and upload a new loan document here.  
  • Automatically, your document will be uploaded to your details. 

Installment Summary 

  • At the bottom of the loan ID window, the installment summary is given. It contains all the required information you enter into an added loan account. The installment summary includes the transaction date, installment amount, interest amount, adjustment amount, and total amount. 
  • There is a payment schedule option given on the left side of the installment summary. 

How do we add an installment summary? 

  • Click on “payment schedule” given at the top of the installment summary table.  
  • You can see all the data of your payments, details, and their status.  
  • To check the status of payment, go to the given option, i.e., “Approve & Pay.”
  • By clicking on “Approve & Pay,” you can see a new option that will appear where you have to mention all your installment payment details. 
  • You can add and change your information to it.  
  • Provide the date on which you paid your loan. E.g., 31/30/2025 
  • The installment amount is one of the number of payments that you make over a period of time, e.g., AED 50000. 
  • The interest amount is the amount calculated against interest rates. e.g., 838.36 
  • The interest rate charged by the bank on a loan. E.g., XX% 
  • Enter the adjustment amount. E.g., if there is no adjustable amount. 
  • Total amount which you had pay, e.g., 50838.36 
  • The transaction ID will be provided by the bank, e.g., ABC-123. 
  • In the description, you can add a summary of installment payments to it. E.g., the first installment of 50000, which is 50838.36 (after interest rate), has been paid on 30/11/2025.  
  • Then click on the submit button. 
  • All information will be uploaded automatically to the existing payment schedule window. 

Download the payment schedule. 

  • In the top right corner, the download summary option is available; you can download the summary in PDF form. 

Click on it and download the summary. The statement will look like this. 

Now go to the Loan Section. 

  • Come back to the loan tab and click on it. 
  • A window appears on your screen, as given below. 
  • You can see that the transaction you added before is automatically recorded in the loan section too. 
  • You can see a summary of every loan transaction on your screen. 
  • Here on the left side of the table, all loan types are mentioned. You can also create payment schedules for loans from here as well. 
  • By clicking on it, you can see all the loan installment details here. 
  • Pay the installments and download the statement. 
  • After approving and paying any loan payment, it will automatically start recording in the installment summary table and show you the summarized data. 
  • You can also download the installment summary by clicking on the download statement, located along with the payment schedule.
