ii. How To Change the Status or delete Customer Account

Go to the status button and click on the drop-down button; it shows you two drop-down options, i.e., Suspend—suspending a customer account means they cannot place orders for now, but their data is still saved.

The specificDelete button-user can permanently removes an account, record, or item from the system. e.g. if user wants to delete the any customer account, click on the delete option and allow the confirmation. Specific account will be deleted. 

But the user can only delete the customer account until the invoices are not booked against the customer. Once the invoices are booked against the customer, the system will not allow you to delete any customer.
