How to Add New Project

Click on project

Once you click on it, it shows you a page. The page displays a list of all projects in a table format, showing essential details for tracking project timelines and financial details.

There is a button located on the top right side of the project table, i.e., Add New Project.

Once you click on add new project, you can see a new window come on your screen. Through this page, it allows users to add new projects into the system by entering important project details.

Add Project:

Enter project name, e.g., Food chain.

Click and select project status like it is planning, initiated, execution or completed.

Select the start date when the project begins, e.g., 04/01/2025.

Enter expected end date of projected completion, e.g., 12/31/2026.

Enter the actual end date (if the project is completed). Leave blank if still in progress. e.g., 06/28/2025

Click and select the currency in which the project finances will be paid. e.g., AED, USD, etc.

Enter the total expected cost for completing this project. e.g., AED 500000

Enter VAT of company registration number, e.g., 0000666.

Enter a brief description of the project. Like its objective, scope, or notes, etc.

Attached is the relevant project document—drag and drop the drop-down file into the upload box or click “browser file” to select from your device.

Default Address

Enter Building/House Number or Name, e.g., Food Chain

Enter correct Postal/zip Code in it, e.g., 122345.

Enter the Address Line 1 & 2, e.g., add floor name, street name, block, building name area, etc., e.g., floor number 0, XX building, West Dubai.

Enter the city name. e.g., Dubai

Select or type the state or province. e.g., Dubai

Choose the country from the dropdown list. e.g., UAE

Click on the Save Button; once you successfully save all information, you can see the new project appear on the project list.

Onces you save the project, new project will be added into existing project list, given on the front page.
