“Purchases” means buying goods or services for business use. 

In accounting, it usually refers to: 

  • Goods bought for resale (trading business) 
  • Raw materials bought for production 
  • Items bought for business operations 

Location 

First, go to the navigation bar; click on it. It shows you different modules. There is a fourth module that is called Purchases.

Click on purchase’s drop-down icon and you will see subheads as given below

Here you can see different subsections given here. It includes bills, goods receiving notes, purchase orders, inquiries, walk-ins, unallocated payments, and debit notes/purchase returns.
