If you check your PO account details, click on the PO reference number, and a new window comes in front of you. 

Displays the detailed view of a purchase, including its unique reference number for identification. 

  • Supplier Information – Shows complete supplier details such as name, address, contact number, email, and currency used for the transaction. 
  • Order Details – Includes important transactional information like entry date, payment terms, project name, validity date, and the name of the last user who edited the document. 
  • Action Buttons – Provides options to manage the purchase order, including Edit, Delete, Download PDF, Send Email, Duplicate, Create Bill, and Create GRN (Goods Received Note). 
  • Product Table – Lists all ordered items with a detailed breakdown including product name, description, unit price, quantity, VAT rate, VAT amount, and total line amount. 
  • Documents Section – Allows users to attach and manage supporting documents related to the purchase order. 
  • Financial Summary – Displays a summarized calculation of the subtotal, total VAT, discount (if applicable), and the final total amount payable. 
  • System Instruction Note – Indicates that the purchase order is system-generated and does not require a physical signature or stamp.
