Actions Buttons

The actions bar consists of multiple buttons such as download PDF, send email, delete, edit, duplicate, and add payments. These options are used for payment procedures for a bill or updating the changes. 

If your bill is unpaid, then it shows you more options for payment as compared to a paid bill, because in an unpaid bill there is a chance that in the future some changes may be made by the user, but in a paid bill, you can’t edit or delete any bill until you delete the specific payment information.
