Click on the reference number, and you can see a new page appears in front of your screen, consisting of summarized details of the credit note. 

On one side you can check details of credit notes given. On the other, you can attach a document in it.

Below, the user can see the instructions, and the payment summary is provided. And in the last email, history is given.
