Walk-In Customer

Basically, walk-in customers are called query customers because they don’t know about our product and service, but there is a probability that they can convert into our customers. The purpose of this section is to add walk-in customers’ information or data because there might be a chance that they could convert into our customers in the future, so their data is already available with us. It consists of both customer detail and personal detail. 

Location 

First, go to the navigation bar and click on “sales.”

After clicking on it, it shows you different modules such as money, resources, customers, etc. Go to the sale module and click on the drop-down section. It shows you subsections such as invoice, quotes, walk-in, unallocated receipts, and credit notes/sales returns.
