iii. How we Delete Invoice

If you want to delete this invoice, you can click on the delete button given in the action button. Click on it and the delete button, and confirm the permission. Once you give confirmation, the system will automatically delete the invoice permanently from the system. But once any payment is received and booked against the invoice, the system will not allow you to delete the original invoice. 

Delete/Edit Restriction for Paid Invoice – A paid invoice cannot be deleted or edited unless the full payment recorded against that invoice is removed. Once the payment is deleted and the invoice status changes to “Unpaid,” the user will be allowed to delete or edit the invoice.
