Quotation Analysis

Click on reference number. 

If you want to check quotation details, you can see the new quotation would be displayed on the front screen. Click on the quotation reference number, and a new window comes in front of you. 

• It consists of basic information as given below. 

• On the top of the quotation title, a reference number is given to track the quotation. 

• On the left side, you can see the customer’s name, customer address, customer contact person details, email address, valid until, number of credit days, and project. 

• All the consolidated information displayed on the front table is given here as well. 

• Users can attach documents as supporting evidence. 

• The cost estimation of product/service detail is given. 

• Users can also add any important instruction or any term and condition while creating quotes. 

• At the end, a financial summary is also given, which shows you the subtotal, total VAT, discount rate, discount amount, and total amount in the summary. 

In this way, we can monitor quotation details.
